1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Unlockery ("we", "us"), who operate Unlockery at https://unlockery.com. By placing an order or creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the shop.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products: software license keys, downloadable files, and access to online services billed as a recurring plan. Everything is delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.
Each product page describes what you are buying, what it costs, and — for a plan — how often it renews. That description is part of these terms.
3. Your account
You may buy as a guest or create an account. If you create one:
- Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at. Your keys, receipts and password resets go there.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly via https://discord.gg/arhBaTg3Hu if you think someone else has got into it.
We may close an account that is used to break these terms.
4. Prices, orders and payment
- Prices are shown in USD and include any tax we are required to add, which is itemised before you pay.
- An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept your payment and deliver, or when we confirm the order — whichever happens first.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than deliver it.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
- Where you pay us directly (for example by Cash App), your order is held until we can match your payment. Send the exact amount and include your order number, or matching it may take longer.
5. Delivery
Most orders are delivered the moment payment clears — your keys appear on the order page and, if email is switched on, in your inbox. Some orders are released by hand and may take longer; the product page says so where that applies.
If something has not arrived, check the order link we gave you, then contact us via https://discord.gg/arhBaTg3Hu with your order number.
6. What a license key gives you
A license key is permission to use someone else's software on the terms that software's publisher sets. We sell you the key; the publisher's own licence agreement governs what you may then do with the software.
You agree that you will not:
- Resell, sublicense, publish or share a key you bought from us, unless the product page says you may.
- Use a key on more devices or for more users than the product allows.
- Try to tamper with, defeat or work around a publisher's activation or licensing.
A key is bound to your order. If you breach this section we may revoke the key without a refund.
7. Subscriptions and renewals
Where you buy a recurring plan:
- The product page states the price and the billing period before you buy.
- A card subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- A plan paid another way does not renew itself. We will remind you before it lapses; if you do not renew, access ends when the period does.
- You can cancel from your account page, or by contacting us at https://discord.gg/arhBaTg3Hu. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We may change a plan's price. If we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you may cancel instead of accepting it.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, a key or download is not refundable once it has been revealed to you, except where this section or the law says otherwise.
We will refund you in full if:
- We never delivered the order.
- The key does not work and we cannot supply a working replacement.
- We cancelled the order ourselves.
- You bought the wrong thing and contact us at https://discord.gg/arhBaTg3Hu within 2 days, and the key has not been revealed or used.
Items sold as final. Some products are marked non-refundable on their product page, in your basket and again at checkout. For those you must tick a separate box confirming you understand before you can pay, and by doing so you ask us to deliver immediately and give up any cooling-off period that would otherwise apply. Those sales are final once delivered. We record the wording you agreed to, the time and your IP address.
Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law where you live. In some countries you have a statutory cancellation period for digital purchases; where that applies, it applies, and asking us to deliver immediately may end it.
Please talk to us before contacting your bank. If something is wrong we will sort it out, and we can usually do it the same day. Reversing a payment on an order we delivered is a breach of these terms: we will supply your order details, the wording you agreed to and the delivery record to your bank, and we may revoke the keys and refuse future orders.
To ask for a refund, contact us at https://discord.gg/arhBaTg3Hu with your order number and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the method you paid with.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use this shop to break the law, and do not:
- Pay with a card or account that is not yours.
- Place orders you intend to reverse or dispute in bad faith.
- Attack, overload, scan or try to break into the shop or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, resell or republish our catalogue or content.
- Pretend to be someone else, or use false details at checkout.
10. Suspension, revocation and chargebacks
We may hold, cancel or refuse an order, revoke a key, or close an account where we reasonably believe there is fraud, a stolen payment method, a breach of these terms, or a sanctions or legal restriction.
If you reverse a payment for an order we delivered, we may revoke the keys from that order and refuse future orders. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us at https://discord.gg/arhBaTg3Hu first — it is faster than a dispute, and we would rather fix it.
11. Products made by other people
Where we resell another company's software or service, that company sets what the product does, whether it keeps working, and what its own licence permits. We are responsible for supplying you a valid key or valid access. We are not the author of that software and cannot change how it behaves or what its publisher decides to do with it.
12. Availability
We try to keep the shop up but do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw products at any time. Withdrawing a product does not affect an order we have already accepted.
13. Content you give us
If you send us content — a support message, a review, a note on an order — you let us keep and use it to run the shop and answer you. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to send.
14. Warranties
We provide the shop and its content as they are. Beyond what we promise in these terms and what the law requires of us, we do not give any further warranty — in particular we do not warrant that a third-party product will suit a particular purpose of yours.
15. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you for any order is limited to what you paid us for that order.
16. Privacy
We collect what we need to sell to you and support you: your email address, your orders, your keys, and basic technical records such as sign-in times and IP addresses used for security. We use your email to send receipts, keys, and messages about your orders and plans. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
We do not sell your personal information. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact us at https://discord.gg/arhBaTg3Hu. Deleting your account does not remove records we are legally required to keep, such as sales records for tax.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that governs that order. Material changes to a subscription's terms will be told to you before they take effect.
18. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Florida, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live.
